Project introduction
Telegram two-group management bot + Vercel backend | Bot development case study
A Telegram group management robot built from scratch, deployed on Vercel Pro. Covers fan-out synchronization from main group to sub-groups, random quiz certification for new members, simplified Chinese gatekeeping (strict OpenCC strategy), keyword blacklist, anti-raid, group exit avalanche monitoring, scheduled posting (QStash + Vercel Cron fallback), and complete backend CRUD.

Background of the Problem
Managing Telegram groups separately can lead to inconsistent rules. The bot handles admission, message filtering and distribution, with materials and schedules configured in the admin area.
Core Features
- Multi-group synchronization (main group to sub-groups: copyMessage fan-out)
- Group Entry Verification (Incorrect answers / Timeout ejection)
- OpenCC Simplified Chinese Protection + Keyword Blacklist
- Monitoring for Raid Attacks and Mass Group Exits
- Scheduled Posting (Precise triggering with QStash + Cron fallback)
- Importing Bot DM Content (Preserving dynamic stickers and rich formatting)
Implementation Methods
- —Serverless-first grammY Architecture (Webhook + Transformer Throttler)
- —Dual Protection Scheduling with QStash + Vercel Cron, Avoiding Minute-Level Restrictions
- —Drizzle strict: true, Preventing Destructive Migrations
Data Flow
- 01Configure groups, admission questions and post materials.
- 02Apply admission checks and message rules.
- 03Distribute scheduled posts and inspect processing logs.
